學員需知

• 每位新學員需繳付 $300 按金，以支付任何未結算的材料和燒製費，按金／餘額可於課程結束後的一個月內取回； 
• 每期課堂生效日期由第一節課開始計算，請於有效期內使用，逾期節數將不獲退款或補課； 
• 如有更改/ 取消課堂，請於上課日最少 24 小時通知，如星期一上課，最遲星期日通知，未有提前通知或臨時缺席，將視為已用課堂，不設補課；
• 如學生需請假未能上課，學生可於課程有效期內安排補課，請與導師聯絡安排補課；
• 補課課堂是不能撥入新一個月課程以作扣除學費之用； 
• 課程均不能轉讓給其他人使用；
• 所有課堂會準時開始，遲到者將不會獲得補時；
• 所有已燒妥之作品，需於14日內領取，逾期無人認領的作品將被處置，恕不另行通知； 
• 上課堂前兩小時如有八號風球或以上或黑色暴雨警告，課堂會自動取消，同學可於有效期內另約補課，屆時請留意最新通知 費 - 完成登記課程及付款後，恕不接受退款；
• 所有課堂會準時開始，遲到者將不會獲得補時學員 - 請於課堂完結前，自行清潔拉坯機及工具，上課期間，不得進食，亦請保持環境整潔；
• 除受天氣影響而課程會順延外，學員需於課程指定之時限內完全所有課堂;
• 本陶藝室將不會就學員未能於時限內完成的課堂予以退款。

• New students must pay a $300 deposit to cover any outstanding material and firing fees. The deposit/remaining balance can be reclaimed within one month after the course ends.
• The effective date of each course is calculated from the first lesson. Please use them within the validity period. Expired lessons will not be refunded or rescheduled.
• For any changes/cancellations of classes, please provide at least 24 hours' notice prior to the class day. For example, if the class is on Monday, notice must be given by Sunday at the latest. Failure to give advance notice or casual absence will be regarded as a used lesson, and no make-up class will be provided.
• If students cannot attend the class, they can arrange a make-up class within the course validity period. Please contact the instructor for booking.
• Make-up classes cannot be carried forward to a new month's course and/or deduct tuition fees.
• Courses are non-transferable to other people.
• All classes will start on time, and latecomers will not receive extra time.
• All fired pieces must be collected within 14 days. Unclaimed items after the deadline will be disposed of without further notice.
• If a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Warning is in force two hours before class, the class will be automatically canceled. Students can schedule another make-up class within the validity period. Please pay attention to the latest notifications at that time. [fee]
• No refunds will be accepted after completing course registration and payment.
• All classes will start on time, and latecomers will not receive extra time. [students]
• Please clean the pottery wheel and tools by yourself before the end of the class. No eating is allowed during class, and please keep the environment clean and tidy.
• Except for course extensions due to weather conditions, students must complete all classes within the designated time limit of the course.

• The studio will not issue refunds for classes that students fail to complete within the time limit.
